Built on the course, not in a conference room.
12:37p Golf Playbook started at Toad Valley — a working golf course in Iowa. Like every operator, we tried the software that promised to fix everything. Most of it solved a problem we didn't have and created three we did.
So we built the tool we wanted to use. A calm, organized place to run the day — opens, closes, staff, outings, weather calls, reports. The boring but essential layer that sits between your tee sheet and your POS.
We also run a golf course management company and a golf marketing podcast, and we teach AI workshops to golf operators. Everything we learn at our own course, every workshop conversation, every operator interview — it all flows back into the product.
If you run a course and something in here looks like it could help your team, we'd love to hear from you. And if it doesn't quite fit your operation yet, even better — tell us what's missing.
Why "12:37p"?
It's the tee time that always seems to have something going on — the turn stacks up, the kitchen gets slammed, a thunderstorm rolls in. If your operation runs smoothly at 12:37p, it runs smoothly all day.
