- Who actually gets charged?
- Only owners and managers — $10/month each, billed monthly. Crew members are free, no matter how many you have. Every one of them still gets their own login for the checklists and tasks built from your SOPs.
- What if I have multiple courses?
- Run as many courses as you want under one account at no extra charge. You're only billed per manager, not per course.
- What happens to seasonal staff?
- Seasonal crew cost nothing, so there's no seat count to manage in the off-season. Your bill only changes if a manager joins or leaves.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, from your billing page. You'll keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
